Privacy policy

This website does not store personal data on any server. The forms for brands and riders only prepare, in your own browser, a message with the details you type (brands: name, company, sponsorship spot of interest and an optional message; riders: name, age, class, whether you have financial backing and an optional link and message) and open it in WhatsApp or your email. We only receive those details if you choose to send the message, together with your phone number or email address. We also process the data you voluntarily send us by email (for example, to get in touch, send your CV, apply as a rider or propose a sponsorship).
Purpose: to answer your request and, where applicable, manage the selection process or the business relationship. Legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
Retention: as long as needed to handle your request and, for CVs, up to one year unless you tell us otherwise. We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. (Meta), which processes the data under its own privacy policy. We use those details only to reply to you and do not add them to any mailing list.
Children under 14 need the consent of a parent or guardian: in that case, the parent or guardian must send the form.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to teamstylobike@hotmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
